They are native speakers and experienced professionals in their respective fields. But we still check every translation according to our strict workflow. Better safe than sorry.

Tell us where you want to go – we know the way. Our translators are experienced professionals: your annual report is translated by a financial expert, the gear-pump catalogue by a technically qualified colleague. Do you have specific terminology requirements, style preferences or existing translations that can be used as reference? Simply use our briefing form to list the most important points for ensuring that our translations meet your precise needs.

After the translation is before the quality check

Unlike many other translation agencies, we do a thorough check of the native speaker’s translation before it is sent out. Our internal foreign-language team works according to a proven workflow: Is the translation complete? Was the client’s wording taken into account? Does the typography conform to the target country’s usual standards? And last but not least: were all product names and numbers accurately incorporated into the translation? Rigorous attention to detail down to the last comma – that’s what we’re all about.

Delivery date is asap? We get on the case and deliver your headline in time to meet your deadline. Depending on the volume and target language of your text, this can mean “in 30 minutes” or “in 48 hours”. Just let us know your timing needs.

Your file format – our translations

- - We are always happy to receive texts in Word, which we also return as Word documents.
  - On request, we can translate directly into your InDesign, InCopy, PowerPoint or Excel documents.
  - We can convert your PDFs into Word if you haven’t done so already.
  - We’re also at home with TYPO3, WordPress, Contao, etc. Just send us a link.
  - Do you have your own editing system? We can quickly learn how to use this.

We oversee your editing, proofreading and translation projects personally and can be reached Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. – sometimes even later. You can get in touch with us by e-mail or phone.

In a hurry?

For us, being fast is par for the course. Usually we begin correcting your text immediately. Ad-hoc jobs are part of our daily routine. Just give us a call or send us an e-mail.

Our QM system purrs efficiently in the background. How do you benefit from it? We work on your texts fast, flexibly and precisely. We measure quality and timing with every job, until there is barely any more room for improvement.

Anne Fries works only with trained native-speaker translators. Our pool contains the cumulative experience of 25 years of project management.

Punctual

In terms of punctuality we are close to perfect. We are able to make this rather bold claim because we record and evaluate our punctuality on a job-by-job basis. And it isn’t unusual for us to deliver a job earlier than the agreed deadline. Is that a problem?
